Why Silnam?

Thanks to our pursuit for excellence, we have been able to innovate, ensure product quality and support in the context of a rapidly-growing industrial set up in Namibia. We have implemented numerous projects for various types of users. SILNAM believe in developing local and regional capacity to provide resources and ensure sustainability of Customer Operations where it is required. SILNAM have contributed greatly in the Capacity building process of Namibians in the field of ICT since its operations in 2003 with training Services to 1500+ GRN Employees on Oracle Technologies as part of the IFMS project, GRN Asset Management project Implementation for Government of Namibia.

Career development​

SILNAM employs  Local and regional Consultants/Engineers who have graduated from the Universities in Namibia.

All SILNAM resources have gone through specialized training on Oracle Technologies and have worked on the major projects (with Oracle Financials, Oracle HRMS, Oracle Enterprise Asset Management, Government Payroll, System Integration and Data Migration Experience).

 SILNAM also leverages on Partners competencies (Teams from Oracle Consulting, State Informatics Limited of Mauritius project implementation in the African regions.

Internship Programs

As part of our strategy for local capacity building, SILNAM offers placements for students in various ICT streams from the Universities in Namibia. SILNAM contributes in the Capacity building process of Namibians with training services on Oracle Technologies as part of Project Implementation, Upgrade and Support Services for all its clients.
