We are interested in candidates with good academic degrees in ICT and related fields (including Software Engineering, Business Computing, Information System Management, Systems Engineering, Systems Administration, Network Management, ICT Security who would follow technical training programs to be become Certified ICT Professionals. We are also interested in candidates with good academic qualifications in the field of Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Human Resource Management, who would follow training in the field of Consultancy Services and ICT Business Solutions Implementations to become Certified Applications Consultants. Fresh Graduates will follow the Company Training Programs
Responsibilities:
- Participate in Human Resource Management Solution Implementation Projects Participate in the implementation and operation of integrated information systems for Human Resource Management functions.
- Perform Administrative tasks related to Human resource management function of the company, including Processes of Recruitment, Onboarding, Remuneration, medical aid, and leave management, Training and Capacity Development
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Recognized Degree in any of the field of Human Resource Management, Organisational Development or Business Administration.
- At least 2 years working experience across functions in the field of human resource management.
- Experience in implementing Human Resource Management Project will be an advantage.
- Sound understanding of human resource management procedures and practices.
- Knowledge of the Labour Law, Affirmation Action Employment Equity Act & Social Security Act of Namibia.
- Good interpersonal skills, honesty, integrity, reliability
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
