Integrated Finance Management system for the Government of Namibia
We have successfully implemented an Integrated Finance Management system (IFMS) for all the Ministries of the Government of Namibia. The project was initiated by the Ministry of Finance together with the Department of Public Service Information Technology Management in the Office of the Prime Minister.
It includes the following:

- Government Housing collateral schemes
- Daily Subsistence & Allowance

The EMIS – AEC Project for Ministry of Education
We have successfully implemented the Annual Education Census (AEC) module for Education Management Information System (EMIS) for the Ministry of Education. The EMIS - AEC project includes the following main deliverable:
- AEC Survey Capturing System
- Survey Statistic Reports
- Data Cleaning Script
- Migration of AEC Data (1992 – 2006)
The system runs on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 / ORACLE 10g Technologies.
The ICRS Project for Ministry of Trade and Industry, Namibia
We have successfully implemented and are currently supporting the Integrated Company Reistration System (ICRS) for the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Namibia. The project was initiated through a joint agreement between the Government of Mauritius and Namibia. The ICRS is a fully integrated system with the following modules:
- Company Registration and Maintenance
- Fees Monitoring
- Cash Collections
- Debtors Monitoring
The System runs on SUN-SOLARIS 10 / ORACLE 10g Technologies.
IFMS – HRMS - Fixed Asset Management System for the Government Pension Fund
SILNAM is currently implementing an Integrated Financial- Human Resource- Fixed Asset Management System on Oracle Technologies, E-Business Suite of Applications Release 12 for the Government Institution Pension fund of Namibia (GIPF).
The Government Fixed Asset Management System
SILNAM has implemented an Asset Management System for the Ministry of Works and Transport, using ORACLE E-Business Suite for Property Management and Asset Maintenance Management.
Data warehouse project for Central Bureau of Statistics
SILNAM has successfully implemented a data warehouse project for the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) using Microsoft SQL Server 2008. The project aims to provide consolidated analytics and reporting for surveys conducted. The central database was designed for the different survey information to reside on a common database. SILNAM has developed cubes and reports using the SQL Server Analysis Services and SQL Server Reporting Services to make the analysis and retrieval of data better and quicker.
Enterprise Wide Data Management System - Motor Vehicle Accident Fund
SILNAM has successfully implemented an Enterprise Wide Data Management system, a project for the Motor Vehicle Accident Fund to for the Fund. The system is been implemented using Oracle Siebel technologies for Case and Claims Management, Oracle Financials, Oracle Human Resource Management and Oracle Content Management.

Fixed Asset Management System for the Ministry of Works
SILNAM is putting in place an Integrated Fixed Asset Management System on Oracle Technologies, E-Business Suite of Applications Release 12 for the Ministry of Works, Transport and Communications.
Land Tax Reconciliation System for the Ministry of Lands and Resettlement
SILNAM is also setting up an Integrated Land Tax Reconciliation System for the Ministry of Lands and Resettlement on Oracle Technologies, Internet Developer Suite 10g. The System will integrate with the Tax Collection System of the Ministry of Finance.
Performance Management System for the National Planning Commission
SILNAM is implementing a National Integrated Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation System for the Government of Namibia to monitor development programs under the National Development Plan III of Namibia aligned with VISION 2030. The system is been implemented using ORACLE HYPERION, a leading technology in Multi-Dimensional Database, Budgeting, Planning and Performance Management.
E-Government Strategic Action Plan
SILNAM in partnership with Deloitte India is executing the E-Government Strategic Action Plan project for the Office of the Prime Minister. The project aims to establish a strategic action plan for the whole government for the provisioning of government services using Information and Communication Technology.
