From a customer perspective, our users actively participate throughout our business solution delivery processes. We ensure skills and knowledge transfer and guarantee growth of know-how of our customers. As at date, SILNAM has already trained over 1,200 people on the various solutions.
Also as part of transferring ICT knowledge awareness and capacity building, on a yearly basis SILNAM offers placements for students from the Polytechnic and the University of Namibia for internship programs as part of their course of studies in the field of ICT.
